These terms govern your use of LaunchSaaS. By accessing the product, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. License Grant

• LaunchSaaS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the source code for personal and commercial projects.
• You may use the code to build unlimited end-products (SaaS applications, websites, tools) for yourself or your clients.
• You are NOT permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the source code to any third party.
• You are NOT permitted to use the source code to create a competing product, such as another boilerplate or template.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and GitHub repository access.
• Sharing your account or repository access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination.

3. Payments and Refunds

• LaunchSaaS is a one-time payment product.
• Due to the digital nature of the product (immediate access to source code), all sales are final and non-refundable.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read our documentation and understand what is included.

4. Intellectual Property

• LaunchSaaS retains all ownership rights to the core boilerplate code.
• You retain full ownership of any unique modifications, content, and applications you build using LaunchSaaS.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall LaunchSaaS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
